OK Go made another viral videothis time using 567 printers

BTW

The band that still goes viral every time they release a music video released a new music video this week!

OK Go‘s latest visual feat “Obsession” choreographs 567 printers and a whole lot of paper to create some impressive effects. As the band moves around in all-white outfits, walls of printers spit out sheets of 8.5-by-11-inch paper to create trippy, screensaver-like backdrops. Sometimes, they print something static and solid like “the color blue,” and then other times, they’re printing stop-motion shapes moving through vectors like the art from your Mead 2-pocket folder in 1994.

And don’t worry about the waste from the printers. In a statement at the video’s start, the band explains: “By the time you see this, all of this paper will have been recycled, and the proceeds given to Greenpeace.” They’ve thought of everything.

Previously, the group has filmed in zero gravity, done synchronized unicycle dancing, and reimagined the treadmill.
