Comedian Hannibal Buress was arrested down in Miami overnight, but not before he had a pretty tense confrontation with the cops, yelling at them and demanding to know why he was being placed under arrest — and the entire thing was caught on video.
The video shows that Buress was handcuffed by Miami cops around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, but he refused to get into the police car, instead creating a standoff that lasted several minutes while he loudly demanded to know why he was being detained.
Cops told Buress he’d be arrested for trespassing. A jail official told
Buress posted a $500 bond and was released from jail just a couple hours later.
