Even worse for Naya, who was arrested on the scene by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department, is that Ryan apparently has a video of the attack showing Rivera striking him multiple times.
The Glee star had to appear before a county magistrate early Sunday morning for arraignment, after which she was released on $1,000 bond (which you can see video of, below):
Her father-in-law reportedly picked her up from jail.
Now, Rivera — who had been in West Virginia with Dorsey to celebrate the Thanksgiving weekend with his family — is facing a domestic battery charge in the state.
Add this to the ongoing drama between these two.
